New customer means no equipments and never installed alarm system before. In this case, we need run wires for sensors and keypad, if basement already finished and no wire rough-in ,then we have to install wireless system for you. Compare with wired system, wireless equipments will cost more.
In most wired system, we can install contacts for all openable windows and go out doors at 1st floor no mather how many they are. But if basement finished and no wire rough in ,for basci package will only offer 3 wireless contacts and 1 wireless motion, 1 wired keypad.
